Boca Greens Homeowner Association

Boca Greens is a guard-gated community with a 586 single family homes that are within a beautiful park-like Community with walking paths lined with shade trees, lakes and park benches. Boca Greens is a Homeowners Association that follows Florida Statutes and its Declaration of Covenants and other published guideline and standards. We do not have a clubhouse, recreation area or a community pool, but we do have a Privately Owned Public Golf and Tennis Club with in that is open to the public for separate membership or golf times. Although we do not have any recreational facilities for the children on site, outside our front gate to the North is American Homes Park and just outside our back gate is South County Regional Park which offer many amenities for everyone. We are in an area of many top-rated schools.

Boca Greens is in West Boca off of US 441 between Glades and Yamato Road. Our location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and close access to the Florida Turnpike. Within 10 miles of Boca Greens you can find access to I-95 and further east you can find beautiful beaches that line Florida’s Atlantic Coast.
